Ruwan Manoj joined Wood-Mizer in March 2021 as Assistant Manager of Operations. During his time in this role, Ruwan seized every opportunity to connect with customers and understand the products they rely on. "In this role, I was able to travel and meet customers who were operating Wood-Mizer machines, which helped me to understand the products and also gave me a picture of how strong Wood-Mizer as a brand is," Ruwan shares. These experiences provided him with practical insights and allowed him to witness first-hand the impact of Wood-Mizer on its customers' businesses and lives.
Ruwan's tenure with Wood-Mizer has been marked by solid accomplishments that paved the way for his new role. One of his most notable achievements was fostering a close and calibrated relationship with the Wood-Mizer network in Sri Lanka, which has been key in strengthening the company's market position.
